Who can ride?

Kastone Mobility Services, LLC.  provides service to both private pay clients and insured riders. We transport all ages of riders, as well as non-ambulatory riders.

Are your services covered by my insurance?

We accept Medical Assistance, Blue Plus, Health Partners, U-Care Minnesota, Medica which are billed through Guardian Transportation, Inc. Workers Compensation, and MHP. If you are unsure whether you are covered, please visit our Information for HMO's page for a complete list of provider phone numbers

Can I ride if I don't have insurance?

We accept private-pay clients. Please click here to see our rates.

Do you provide transportation for individuals in wheelchairs or stretchers?

Are your drivers certified?

Our professional uniformed drivers are certified through the MN DOT training program for Passenger Assistance, CPR, First Aid, Abuse Awareness, Defensive Driving and have a complete state criminal background check to ensure safety.

What are your hours of operation? 

  1. Providing quality healthcare is a 24 hour-a-day job. Your Patients expect you and your staff to be available to help them at a moments notice, regardless of the time of day. To provide the best care possible, your staff is ready to help your patients when they need it. We at Kastone Mobility Services, LLC. feel the same way. This is why Kastone Mobility Services, LLC. is available for your transportation needs 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Quality healthcare never goes home at 5 p.m. Neither do we.

    3. Live customer service representatives from 8 a.m. to midnight
    4. Dispatchers on-duty from 8 a.m. to midnight
    5. On-call transportation staff available from midnight to 8 a.m.
